To the editor: Re: "Cadman's loss, Louis's win good news for NPA," Sept. 21 As a COPE city councillor who worked closely with Tim Louis for two terms, I must respond to Allen Garr's column.

The golden age of newspaper and magazine graphic art is long gone. Colour photography has reduced it to marginal "spot illustration.

School campaign includes research, promotion and clothing drive

During a break in the weather Monday afternoon, Vision 麻豆传媒映画Coun. Raymond Louie pulled an election campaign sign from the trunk of his car in the city halls parking lot and handed it to a supporter. It has begunat least this phase of it.

To the editor: Re: "Two-headed helmet debate," Sept. 30 Thank you Kay Cahill for presenting the helmet debate in a balanced fashion. There are, however, a few shortcomings to the column.

Lions game a delayed delight

Occasionally we get good news out of Ottawa, and on Sept. 30, the countrys Supreme Court delivered a rare unanimous ruling that is good news indeed.
