Still no photos of the actual food at the Dutch Wooden Shoe on Cambie, here are a couple shots of the menu. I think this is likely the owner, and I think he obviously rules.

Not only does the Cookshop at City Square have one of the best selections of cookware, knives, and gadgets, they also offer really fun cooking courses.

We really really really love ice cream and for obvious reasons we were elated to see Bob's recent post about IGA's ice cream sale. Believe me, it was all we talked about for the last day.

Seriously, there should be a law against what IGA is doing... again!!! They did it to us back in May and, once again, they're selling Breyer's ice cream that's usually $7.69 for $2.99 a tub! GET SOME!

Though not as extensive as the Richmond night market, the 麻豆传媒映画night market in Chinatown, makes up for it by being that much more convenient.

I've always wondered how Duffin's came up with their menu. They started as a donut place, and I suspect at some point they realized they did a lunch crowd so they came up w. the tortas. Since the one on Knight opened though, they've gone crazy....

I think it's kinda funny that there have been multiple posts about the Dutch Wooden Shoe on Cambie, that a bunch of our contributors love to eat breakfast there because the fare is great... but nary a picture of the food.

If you live in North 麻豆传媒映画and you've never had a slurpee from Hardy's then you need to move out of that cave you've been living in and get your ass to Montroyal and Capilano road.

Hello again my fellow tea lovers of 麻豆传媒映画(and beyond?)! I say, "again" because I made a post in the past about tea; more specifically, a wonderful tea house in Kerrisdale called The Secret Garden.

This F'n sweet summer time treats is one of my personal favourites. Behold.... the Royal Thai drink from the Thai House. The Royal Thai is pretty simple, it's crushed ice, fresh coconut milk and lychee blended to perfection.
