Welcome to another "Fresh Sheet" update featuring take out and delivery options from restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and more across Metro Vancouver.

In the past day since I last issued a Fresh Sheet, I've heard from several businesses who have launched new menus and programs, as well as those who are just reaching out to let me know they're still cooking for pick up or delivery.

Some really exciting stuff: St. Lawrence is now doing multi-course meal kits of their incredible Quebecois fare (with great wine add-on options). Belgard Kitchen and Cafe Medina are launching brunch take-out, if you've been missing that fantastic weekend tradition. And one of Vancouver's newer spots, Oca Pastificio, has opted to re-open their restaurant to create take-out dishes and meals for you. Plus a ton more.

There's some damn awesome stuff happening with Vancouver's incredible restaurants right now, and if you can, please support them. They won't all survive.

I've been working to keep you updated on what different restaurants and food businesses are doing at this time. You can read more about some options here:

Additionally, please use the excellent website  to connect directly to restaurants and order food, as well as purchase gift certificates and merchandise.

As emails and DMs come in from restaurants and food businesses, or as I am able to track them via social media, I am rounding them up here regularly to keep you informed.

Bear in mind that due to the COVID-19 crisis, things may change rapidly. Please connect directly with the restaurant via phone, email, website, or social media, before making plans that depend upon their offerings being available.

Chef J-C Poirier and his team are now making homespun Québécois meals for pick-up that will also support a local charity. St. Lawrence à la Maison, which debuts today (April 3) features rotating weekly menus of packages that include mains, side dishes, house-baked rolls and dessert for $47 per person plus tax (veg options available). Partial proceeds from the sale of each meal will be donated directly to . Pre-order Wednesdays through Saturdays while quantities last — with a special additional Easter Meal service offered on Sunday, April 12 and Monday, April 13. Pick up at the restaurant (269 Powell Street) from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Select bottles of red and white wine can also be added to any order, and guests are invited to enroll in the St. Lawrence Wine Club, which allows members to purchase six bottles of wine — one sparkling, one rosé, one white and three reds — straight from the St. Lawrence cellar.
