麻豆传媒映画Special on Main Street is showing these great photos by Derek Von Essen from now until August 15th. More images of the work and info here.

I've been keeping this hush hush over the past few weeks but we have finally completed, signed, had notarized and mailed the papers away to the federal government for our application to incorporate 麻豆传媒映画 as a non profit organization!!!

Part 1 of the "Making The Mag" series on Push.ca/skateboarding shed some light on Concrete Skateboarding 's Issue 100 cover.

The Regional Assembly of Text is a wonderful little shop on Main Street that sells great stationary, cards, t-shirts, and well considered objects. In their back counter is a series of drawers where they have different local artists do installations.

Over the past 11 years, Ross Macmillan took pieces of... well, old machinery and stuff... stuff that would end up as trash or sitting somewhere being unused collecting rust, and turned it into furniture, housewares and pieces of art.

Concrete Skateboarding is locally based, and is Canada's original skate mag that's just released its 100th issue. It can be found in skateshops and newsstands across the country.

The good dudes at Basement sent an e-mail to let us know that they now have size smalls in all of their designs available for sale online. Seeing as they're contributors to the blog I figured I'd beat them to posting this one...
