This past Sunday night I went to go see at the Rio Theatre on Broadway at Commercial and before the film started was wondering why the heck there was a mic sitting dead center in front of the screen. My wife whispered to me something about hoping they were going to move it before the flick started when all of a sudden one of the actors from the film got up on the stage and introduced the movie and told us stories about working with director Terry Gilliam. Amazing. Thank you Rio and thank you said actor, , for coming down to talk at the theatre that night.
Above is the photo, keep reading to see the video... I got most of it but missed a couple minutes because it was totally unexpected. Also, it was filmed on my phone and is... uh... low quality at best. Worth a watch/listen though.
Oh, and also, if you're a fan of Terry Gilliam's best films (which I believe to be Time Bandits, Twelve Monkeys, Jabberwocky and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas) then you are going to be extra stoked on this most excellent film. Terry's back! Check the for showtimes.
