In the spring of 2025, the doors to Ottawa’s very own Hard Rock Casino & Hotel are opening.

Mayor of Ottawa Mark Sutcliffe considers the project significant and describes it as “a catalyst for growth that will ripple across tourism, entertainment and employment.” The construction phase has already created 1,900 jobs and the company is expected to employ hundreds of people when the doors open. Within months, people will be streaming into the vibrant venue pulsating with rock and roll tunes and excitement.
With the rise of competitive online casinos, some physical casinos have been forced to close down due to declining revenue, but the Hard Rock Casino franchise seems to be more than thriving. The company is expanding rapidly with in cities such as Barcelona, Las Vegas, Malta, São Paulo and Prague.
