The winners in the City of Vancouver's competition that we about not long ago were just announced! View all of the winning entries and see creative solutions like which proposes many of Vancouver's underused streets be shrunk to allow the creation of $2 billion worth of new lots to be used for affordable housing.
Here's a screenshot of a part of the entry, showing a current street (top) and how it might look if it were made thinner, with a house on it (bottom)! Very creative, and actually something that could become reality. Mayor Gregor actual his support of this entry as a "clear winner!", so we'll see where it goes...
