Back in March some was collected suggesting that 25% of Coal Harbour condo units were sitting vacant. The funny thing is that those condos (empty or not) actually provide an ideal amount of shade for this penthouse unit located quite literally on the water. There are a couple other units nearby that are a bit more modern in their design, but this one's MacGyver charm makes it one of my personal favourites.
