ST. JOHN'S, N.L. 鈥 Newfoundland and Labrador鈥檚 police watchdog agency says a man is dead following an 鈥渙fficer-involved鈥 shooting incident in St. John鈥檚. The province's Serious Incident Response Team says the shooting occurred around 10:50 a.m.
