Sean has recreated the Expo Line from Production Way all the way to 22nd Street, and the Millennium Line from Lake City Way to Moody Centre.

Imagine being able to hop on the Expo Line train from Production Way and get off at 22nd Street all without leaving the comfort of your room.

Sean, a Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»resident, is able to do just that by recreating TransLink’s SkyTrain system completely in the video game Roblox. He’s also recreated the Millennium Line from Lake City Way to Moody Centre and instead of having the trains driverless, he has created a group of nearly 200 other transit enthusiasts to drive them manually.

“Each station takes dedication to complete and takes a week or two per station. We also have a control centre that can control all trains being driven,” Sean explained in recent messages to Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³».

Sean’s group, which has grown massively over the past few months, is actually part of a larger community known as , which is known to recreate public transit from around the world.

A Roblox veteran of over four years, Sean has also created an in-game version of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»International Airport. As for where he finds the motivation to spend numerous hours recreating the massive projects, he says he simply has a passion for transportation.

Sean, who usually goes by the username under_scoredev, has posted a couple of videos to his YouTube channel that show the complexity and detail in the recreations from the point of view of a train driver or transit user.

Sean is just one of Metro Vancouver's talented and dedicated Roblox players. Earlier this month V.I.A. also featured a Burnaby teen who recreated East Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»on the platform.

There is also a large group on Roblox which plays out various emergency scenarios in the city.
