Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»police are turning to the public for help identifying a woman who died in January 2024.
Authorities are hoping photos of two of the deceased woman's tattoos (pictured above) will help investigators discover who she was, as she was brought to a hospital with no identification.
"The woman was brought to St. Paul’s Hospital by EHS on the evening of January 19 following a drug overdose at the Hazelwood Hotel, near East Hastings Street and Gore Avenue," states the VPD. "She died early the next morning and her death is not considered to be the result of a crime."
While she was brought from the Hazelhood Hotel, staff told police she wasn't a tenant there.
Investigators believe she may have used the name "Kelly" around the time of her death.
Police describe the woman as between 25 and 40 years old standing 5'4" and around 115 lbs with short bleached-blonde hair and breast implants. They note she may have been of Asian or Indigenous heritage. Her teeth were "visibly decayed," police add.
