While cats are a common house pet, a handful of local kitties have earned their own tourist attraction listings on Google Maps.
One fluffy white and orange cat likes to linger near Quebec Street and East 7th Avenue in Mount Pleasant. The kitty's name is Archie, according to Google, and it has a five-star rating.
Another orange cat, a , likes to greet passerby in the Renfrew-Collingwood neighbourhood near Nanaimo Street and East 27th Avenue. Barto also has a five-star rating and his own .
"Barto is one of the cutest and the most gentle cats I ever saw in my life," one person wrote. "He is chatty and loves attention!"
Nearby lives , a handsome grey and white kitty cat that is "definitely the friendliest cat in the Fraserhood" according to one of the 14 reviews he's received.
"Purrfectly rotund. Soft, fluffy. A must pat for any passerby," shares one person. "We had to wait in line to pet but it was a pawsitive experience overall," another adds.
Marked as a religious destination on Google Maps rather than a tourist attraction is that lives near Dude Chilling Park -- another must-see Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»tourist attraction.
"This kitty is so big and nice. He likes scratches on his head and cheeks," wrote one person.
Over in Chinatown is another cat, however ,there are no photos, reviews, or information on Google other than the tourist attraction title which reads "."
Surely locals have spotted a cute kitty peeking out a store window near Pender and Columbia streets.
