Trevor Noah, the host of The Daily Show, shared clips of freedom convoy demonstrators who said what they think life is like in Canada for unvaccinated people.

An iconic talk show host south of the border shared his thoughts on some participants of Canada's "freedom" convoy who compared vaccine passports to the Nazi regime.

Trevor Noah, a popular comedian and host of the long-running TV show The Daily Show, shared a couple of clips of convoy demonstrators who expressed how they feel life is like in Canada for people who are unvaccinated.

"I live in Quebec so it's a bit more intense than other places in Canada," stated one protester. "I can't go skiing. I can't go to Walmart. I can't go to Canadian Tire. I can't go to Home Depot. I can't go to restaurants. I can't go to bars. I can't go to the gym."

Another man stated: "If you want to compare Canada to anything it's like Hitler's Germany and we're like the Jews, eh."

In response, a flabbergasted Noah emphasized that "this is why we shouldn't ban books."

The funnyman also remarked, "This guy thinks the Holocaust is like when you can't take a [expletive] in Tim Hortons."

Locally, trucker convoys are still happening, with one set for Metro Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»this weekend.

Local police, businesses, and drivers are bracing for another trucker convoy demonstration to make its way across the Lower Mainland on Saturday.

Organized by Action4Canada, the "3rd Lower Mainland Freedom Convoy" is scheduled to depart Chilliwack at 10 a.m. and head to Surrey.

The Surrey RCMP hasn't had any reports of violence due to the demonstration in its jurisdiction but drivers should avoid the route area due to possible congestion.

Meanwhile, Noah himself is headed to Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»later this month.

Vancouver's previously postponed Just for Laughs comedy festival will once again be taking place later this month. The special concert-show, Trevor Noah: Back To Abnormal World Tour, set to take place at the Rogers Arena on Saturday, Feb. 26 will be moving forward as scheduled. However, the rest of the performances have been rescheduled to take place from May 25 to 29 in venues across the city.
