really seems to like West Broadway.
Their just celebrated its first first birthday earlier this year on West Broadway at Cambie Street. Now they've already started expanding to a second location, also located on West Broadway.
Signs are up at 2815 West Broadway it Kitsilano (the original location is at 521 West Broadway), alerting the community to a new cafe opening soon.
The brand is a relative newcomer to the city's coffee scene, and offering up a variety of baked goods and coffee shop fare, aiming to create "an elevated cafe experience" for customers. There's also a selection of iced options with warm weather incoming.
While the coffee comes from a variety of sources, the food options include a fusion of typical, if fancy, coffee shop options with Japanese influences including different types of croissants (everything from chocolate to salted egg yolk have appeared in the past), hazelnut matcha cookies, sandwiches and muffins.
Their beans can also be at home or at a wholesale scale.
Previously 2815 West Broadway had signs up for a Thirstyyy convenience store that may not have ever opened. Prior to that it was a Change Lingerie.
