Coconut Quinoa and Spinach Salad - one of the most exquisite I've tried, with toasted pistachios, crispy shallots and and overload of fresh thyme and lemon.

Breakfast Buffet at Four Seasons Whistler's  - a healthy person's dream day-starter, including a variety of smoothies (spinach, avocado and ginger is pictured), fresh juices, fruit, and oatmeal with nearly every berry and topping imaginable.
