When presenting the dessert to diners, servers remove the pot covering the dish to reveal a cloud of 'campfire smoke', which takes you right back to your marshmallow roasting days. It tastes strongly smoky, sweet and salty - fantastic. I highly recommend you request the gourmet s'mores in advance for chef's tasting dinners.
