Valrhona Chocolate Fondant with Earl Grey Tea & Milk Chocolate Ice CreamÌý²¹³ÙÌý- paired with Elephant Island Framboise (by fabulous sommelier Samantha Rahn) this was over the moon #TODIEFOR - worth a drive up to Whistler.
