With their signature "Deerioca" tapioca pearls, deer logo, and drinks like "Northern Lights," Taiwan's The Alley feels right at home in Canada. The bubble tea shop has operating in the Metro Toronto area, and are now prepping their first-ever Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»location.

Sliding into the space that was previously the Japanese taco shop Kurumucho at 985 Hornby Street, The Alley will bring to the city yet another bubble tea option.

The "Deerioca" is their claim to fame--that's their in-house and scratch-made tapioca pearls. On the menu are brewed teas, milk teas, juices, and specialty drinks, like something intriguingly called the Oreo Devil Slush, as well as seasonal hot and cold specials.
