Edible Canada has a number of different that they put on where they bring in guest chefs and prepare all sorts of wonderful food right in front of you, walking you through the process and really delivering something I've never personally seen anywhere else. We recently attended the Whisky Dinner which is one you won't want to miss. In it they pair a number of whiskys with dishes, offering insight as to the hows and whys of them matching up.
