"For years I've been getting inundated and harassed and bugged by friends and customers alike, 'Hey, when are you opening another spot?'" says Ashi Minhas, owner of on Nelson Street, in a recent video .
The Moose, established in 2001, heralds itself as the "OG Rock and Roll Bar," and Minhas's new venture, called Pinky's, promises the same level of energy.
Pinky's will be setting up shop in the former Wild Thing on Main space at 2420 Main St with a crew of industry veterans who are bringing their excitement and passion to the project, teases Minhas.
"The time has come," he says in the video. "Can't wait to bring the party vibe to you all."
We don't much about Pinky's, but the restaurant's Instagram says the reno is underway and, Minhas says, "the tunes are going to be pumping, drinks are going to be coming out...good times. I can't wait for everybody to check out the room."
We don't have an opening date or even a real timeline yet but Minhas tells everyone to "pay attention and keep an eye out--we're coming."
You can follow Pinky's - with its motto of "Eat, Drink, Party" - on Instagram at .
V.I.A. has reached out to Minhas for more information and will share any details as they become available.
