Delta foodsters, it’s time to leave the house and start dining around.
Local restaurants and brew pubs are banding together to entice you to explore just how many delicious food and drink offerings there are in Ladner, Tsawwassen and North Delta.
From Feb. 23 to March 10, they will be offering special prix-fixe menus from $15 to $45 as part of Dine Around Delta.
“When you choose to support a local restaurant, café, or craft brewery, you are supporting a network that includes not just chefs, cooks, hosts, servers, bussers and dishwashers but the all the local farmers, craft brewers, fishers, harvesters and producers,” says the website We Love Delta. “We genuinely believe that shopping local leaves a big foodprint with the businesses, staff and suppliers.”
As part of the fourth annual event, there will be local beer-tasting flights, thoughtful B.C. wine recommendations and locally sourced craft cocktails to pair with your meal.
