The presented by the Chefs' Table Society of BC is happening on Monday, March 7th from 6:30pm to 9:30pm at Main street's Heritage Hall.
Enjoy a delicious evening sampling eight mouth-watering curries as Vancouver's participating chefs fight to impress the judges and be crowned the Curry Cup Champion. The event also includes craft beer from , local wine from and cocktails from .
Chefs participating this year include:
Trevor Bird (Fable Restaurant), Andrea Carlson (Burdock & Co), Clement Chan (Torafuku), Justin Cheung (Longtail Kitchen), Jonathan Chovancek (Cook Culture), Frank Gort (Showcase Restaurant & Bar), Tret Jordan (Homer Street Cafe) and Roger Ma (Boulevard Kitchen).
This year's Judges include reigning Curry Cup Champion Rob Ratcliffe (Hawksworth Restaurant), Sonia Beeksma (Global BC), Meeru Dhalwala (³Õ¾±Âá’s), Barbara- Jo McIntosh (Books to Cooks), and Mijune Pak (Follow Me Foodie).
