After Sam Hunt and Kacey Musgraves, another massive country star is coming through town

Lainey Wilson will be in concert at Rogers Arena in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»on Sept. 26, 2024.

The parade of country stars coming through Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»this month continues as Lainey Wilson arrives in town.

Originally from a tiny town in Louisiana, she's gone on to tour the world, appeared in the last season of Yellowstone, opened a Nashville restaurant, and won a variety of awards: last year she took the Country Music Association Entertainer of the Year Award and this year she took the Grammy for Best Country Album.

Currently, she's on her Country's Cool Again Tour and just released her latest album, Whirlwind, a month ago. She'll be at Rogers Arena on Thursday night, Sept. 26.

Opening for Wilson will be up-and-comer Jackson Dean (he's just 23 and has released two albums) and Zach Top, who's originally from just over the border in Washington state.

Gates open at 7 p.m.

Tickets are neither plentiful nor cheap for Wilson's show. Ticketmaster has a few verified reseller tickets running around $140 after fees, but there aren't many of them, and prices are inconsistent. There are a few single tickets for a little less, around $130, but only a handful.

Those willing to spend a bit more will find seats on the floor are an option, as resale tickets run from around $160 to $480.

There is still some space in the pit as well, directly in front of and beside the stage. Those tickets run about $350.

TransLink doesn't have any significant transit alerts listed at this point for Thursday night.

has an extra late sailing scheduled for Sept. 26, leaving Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»harbour at 11:55 p.m. for people attending the concert.
