Vancouver's laptop/keyboard tandem NO LUCK CLUB will be colloborating with TOTAL CONSTRUCTIVE INTEFERENCE taiko (Eileen Kage & Leslie Komori) along with Naomi Kajiwara and Kristy Oshiro (also on taiko drums) with Alcvin Ramos on shakuhachi flute for the 2nd edition of the RHYTHM CLASH performance at the POWELL STREET FESTIVAL today at WOODLAND PARK (off Commericial & Venables).
Tons of other taiko peformances during the day including a special guest from Hawaii, KENNY ENDO and his taiko crew who follow Rhythm Clash at 3:30pm. KATARI TAIKO @ 5:30pm, JODAIKO @ 6pm. The legendary SUMO TOURNAMENT at 4pm.
Takoyaki, Okonomiyaki, Yakitori, Yakisoba, curry, onigiri and all that wicked Japanese food on ALL DAY!
