Bruce Springsteen, along with the legendary E-Street Band, will play a massive show at Vancouver's Rogers Arena on Friday, Nov. 22, 2024.
The concert is the rescheduled date of Springsteen's planned November 2023 show.
Springsteen, now 75 and one of the most famous rock stars of his generation and all time, is on a long global tour. The tour started in 2023 and will continue to Europe in 2025 due to several postponed shows. Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»is the last date on a Canadian leg of his tour; he'll be coming in from Edmonton after playing there Tuesday night.
The tour follows the release of his 21st studio album Only the Strong Survive.
Typically, Springsteen doesn't have an opening act before his shows, and this tour has mostly followed that pattern.
Tickets
The show has mostly sold out, though there are many tickets on the resale market. Of the tickets not on the resale market, there are only a few in the lower bowl of Rogers Arena and the cheapest are $566 after fees, with most others sitting around $690 or more.
A handful of resale tickets are selling for under $360, but most are more than $500.
Tickets for the area directly in front of the stage are selling for a minimum of $2,680, while some floor seats are being resold for more than $4,000.
Transportation
TransLink has no alerts issued at this time for any significant issues on the SkyTrain or SeaBus for Friday, nor any extra service planned.
have a late-night sailing leaving Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Harbour at 11:59 p.m. and arriving in Nanaimo around 1:10 a.m. on Nov. 23 for anyone travelling to and from the island for the show.
Restrictions
A few things aren't allowed in Rogers Arena for the show. Notably, some bags won't be permitted; all bags need to be under 35.5 cm by 35.5 cm by 15.2 cm. For reference, 35.5 cm is just a bit over 13 inches.
Rogers Arena is also a smoke-free zone, as far as cigarettes and cannabis are concerned. The band may have smoke machines.
Other , like skateboards, selfie sticks and outside food and drinks, should be left at home.
Cashless venue
Rogers Arena has gone cashless.
"Concession, retail stands, and hospitality will exclusively accept contactless forms of payment," states the venue's website.
