Vietnamese, Japanese, Polish and Persian food are just some of the international flavours that Salmon Festival attendees can enjoy.

Food trucks, trailers, tents and bikes with carts will be stationed at the community centre parking lot, at Moncton Street and Easthope Avenue and at “Bouncy Town,” serving up food for festivalgoers.

Included this year are Baba’s House which serves Polish comfort food as well as Meet2Eat, serving both Greek and Mexican food. Anyone craving Japanese food, can check out Teriyaki Boys or Japadog.

Those looking to have some Indian food can look for Namaste Food Lovers or if you want some Persian cuisine, Cazba Restaurant will also be at the Steveston Salmon Festival.

If it’s comfort food you’re looking for, there’s Martha’s Kettle Corn, a Richmond company, as well as Mom’s Grilled Cheese.

A variety of hot and cold drinks - and icy treats - will be at the festival as well.

Those who are getting parched can look for lemonade at Lemon Heaven - also Richmond-based food company - or get a cold popsicle at Johnny Pops.

If someone, on the other hand, is needing a jolt of coffee, they can stop by Buzz Coffee. For more info, go to .
