#PeaceHacks is a hackathon that aims to address pressing issues related to refugee and immigrant settlement in greater Vancouver.

Here鈥檚 the set-up, you鈥檙e walking around town, enjoying (or hating) winter and you need to use your phone. You take it out of your pocket, swipe and get nothing. You tap and still, nothing.
