The summer rain is here and forecasts it will last, well, just for a day or so.
But, nonetheless, Vancouverites have taken to Twitter to express their joy of waking up to cloudy skies, the fact that they will not carry umbrellas until October (on principle) and, of course, their utter disappointment with drivers on this soggy morning.
Drizzle is expected early Thursday morning but the cloudy skies are predicted to clear before midday. It's happy days for the rest of the week with sunshine and partly cloudy skies until Sunday. Looking ahead to next week, the forecast calls for more sunshine on Monday and Tuesday with highs of 23C.
