Take a quick look outside right now at the sun, and bask in those rays while you can: Environment Canada has already issued a snowfall warning for all of Metro Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»for Friday, Feb. 22.

Canada's weather agency says 5 to 10 cm of snowfall is expected across the Metro Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»region, as well as in the Fraser Valley and on the Sunshine Coast. Sunshine Coast on Friday.
A frontal system will bring snow to the South Coast on Friday, says Environment Canada.
The snow will begin early Friday morning and could be mixed with rain at times. The snow will intensify in the morning before tapering off in the afternoon.
Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations, notes Environment Canada, adding that visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
Transit users should be sure to check with TransLink for any issues on their routes.

According to the current Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»forecast, the snow and/or the rain, should be moved out by Sunday, when we can hopefully once again enjoy sunnier skies.
