Squamish's Jake Mathauser and his girlfriend were amazed to see orcas stalking seals in Átl'ka7tsem/Howe Sound on Sunday, March 26.
"My girlfriend and I watched these guys take down four seals and a sea lion as they moved between the harbour in Squamish and Defence Islands across from Porteau [Cove]," he said. It was truly a remarkable experience and an amazing sight to see from these apex predators!"
