I must preface this post by admitting that my french is frightfully not as good as it used to be. Bad, even. When I went to my trusty online translator to confirm that MANGE TA VILLE does in fact mean EAT THE CITY, like I thought it did, it told me that it actually means EAT TA CITY. Maybe somebody who is not as ignorant as I am can post in the comments what TE actually means... maybe it's some sort of slang for THE?
Now that that's out of the way, MANGE TA VILLE is a french language web TV show out of Quebec, and they recently did an episode on Vancouver. If V.I.A. is an insider's view looking out, MANGE is very clearly an outsider's look. An interesting look. Featuring interviews with Blim's Yuriko, Nardwuar, Cameron Reed, and a few other personalities, if you don't speak french you can fast forward to the english language interviews. If you do speak french, you're stoked. .
