Calgary is home to a lot of great actors. Some you haven’t heard of, some you’ve never seen, some might not even act – I don’t know, I can’t know everyone. But one great actor that I do know, and one that you should definitely know, is  – pride of Calgary’s  community, and one of the stars of 

Deep in the Scottish Highlands, the Glenfiddich Distillery creates the world’s most awarded single malt scotch whiskey. Now, they are looking to present the world’s most talented visual artists with an experience like no other.

While on the Island I had the great pleasure of meeting with Masa, the founder of Artisan Sake Maker. In 2009 he embarked on a quest to grow organic rice in the Fraser Valley of BC, marking it the first sake rice production in Canadian history. It’s now also the most northerly  region in the world.

In its quest to continually raise the culinary bar,  – Whistler’s leader in exemplary food, wine and hospitality – has introduced a dedicated Oyster Bar just in time for the Whistler Film Fest.
