But flights to the paradisaical Caribbean destination typically start at upwards of $1,000 round-trip from the Lower Mainland.
The least expensive flights from Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»International Airport (YVR) to Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) in Oranjestad, Aruba, usually cost between $1,050 and $2,800. A flight that departs on Aug. 7 and returns on Aug. 26 costs $982, which is roughly $508 lower than typical prices for the route, according to Google Flights.
Skyscanner is showing return Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»flights to the sunny destination starting at half the price of tickets that are already considered low.
A flight that departs Vancouver on Saturday, Nov. 11, and returns from Aruba on Thursday, Nov. 23 costs $481 including all taxes and fees. The itinerary only includes one stop in either direction at Toronto's Lester B. Pearson Airport (YZZ).
