BCCDC identifies 23 new Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­flights for possible COVID-19 exposure

The agency tagged a whopping 23 flights in only seven days.

The BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) is warning airline passengers they may have been exposed to coronavirus (COVID-19) on multiple recent Vancouver flights. 

Despite increased safety protocol for air travellers entering Canada, numerous passengers travelling through Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­International Airport continue to test positive for the virus. 

The BCCDC updates its list of potential public exposures on flights through B.C. airports regularly. In the past week, the agency has identified 23 Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­flights with passengers who tested positive. 

Have a look at the flights and rows with possible exposures.

Any travellers returning to B.C. are encouraged to check the public health agency's website for updates about flights identified for the risk of exposure. 

Currently, the Government of Canada states that you should avoid all travel outside of the country until further notice due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.

Many countries around the world now allow fully vaccinated Canadians to skip quarantine but some are entertaining the idea of implementing an expiration date on when travellers received their vaccines.

No matter where you plan to travel, make sure you check the  for your destination twice: once when you are planning your trip, and again shortly before you leave.
