He recalls that a few clients’ quest to find the right property took more than three years. “The last two years have been unprecedented times in the Real Estate business,” Anant says “and if no suitable property is available at a given time, it is better to wait.” However, Anant understands that his clients’ time is valuable and once the right property is up for sale, he knows how to get his clients ahead of others. “My message is clear: I am helping and supporting my clients in their wish to either sell or buy a property as if it were my own property,” he underlines.
