Back for its 90th anniversary, this year’s features some of its most incredible prizes yet, including a gorgeous new-construction home that will likely surpass anything you’ve dreamt up on your own
Valued at 2.35 million dollars, The 2024 PNE Prize Home, built by Miracon Development is a meticulously crafted 3,486-square-foot dream home in Langley. The floor plan features expansive living spaces across 3 levels, including 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a den, media room and a 2-bedroom basement suite. The home, which is fully furnished by Yaletown Interiors, is also energy efficient with the support of BC Hydro, equipped with smart technology supplied by Best Buy and Samsung and includes a Husqvarna yard care package and an EV charger in its spacious 2-car garage – which you’ll be happy to have, as the grand prize also comes with a 2024 Chevrolet.

Of course, this is the PNE Prize Home Lottery, so one prize is never enough.
A lot of people don't know there are five chances to win multiple prizes for every ticket you purchase, including the Early Bird draw, a PNE Fair draw, the Grand Prize Draw, and the upcoming Bonus Draws coming up on July 11 and July 25. People who buy before tickets July 8 will be entered to win all subsequent draws and best of all, Bonus Draw winners will be automatically re-entered for all remaining draws. That means the same person, if very lucky, could win up to 5 times.
While there’s only one home to win, the other prizes are certainly worth dreaming about, including cruises through Mexico, Alaska, Europe, and the Caribbean and five cash prizes of $10,000 each!

And if your dreams don’t come true this year, you’re still welcoming a whole lot of good karma into your life. As a non-profit organization, the PNE uses revenue raised through the Prize Home Lottery to support several important programs that benefit agriculture, arts, sports and community-building initiatives. Revenues also support the Multicultural, Community & Family Stage at the PNE, which showcases free quality shows for children and various community groups from the lower mainland.
