Project Analysis

Situated at the intersection of 208th Street and 83rd Avenue,  might feel a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of nearby  or Willoughby Town Centre. But with easy access to public transportation, including express bus service to the regions’ SkyTrain and West Coast Express stations, you’re closer to amenities than you might think.

Key features of the development include a 6,000-square-foot communal rooftop area with gardens, a barbecue area, a putting green and various gathering spaces. Residents will have access to underground parking, bicycle storage, and children and pet areas.

Inside the homes, expect a Samsung appliance package, solid quartz countertops, matte black faucets and handles and a choice between ash or oak colour schemes. The size of units — starting at 437 square feet for a studio and moving up to 967 square feet for a three-bed — is lower than what you’d find for resale in the area. But with all the included new amenities, you might be willing to trade off space for bells and whistles.

Studios start at $440,00 and three-bed units begin at $780,000 (at time of writing).
