Voted 2021's Best New Product in the Canadian Whisky Category, flies in the face of whisky-drinking tradition.
Named after Canada’s national bird, Gray Jay is symbolic of a new kind of Canadian whisky experience. Handcrafted in small batches by a craft distiller in Niagara Falls, the spirit is truly made in Canada from pure Canadian ingredients.
Gray Jay’s simple yet complex flavour profile is made for both the new and the experienced whisky drinker. With character notes of vanilla and caramel, balanced with charred oak and spice, the spirit’s medium-bodied and fruity palate guides you along a long, warm, and lightly sweet finish.
As smooth and easy-drinking as it gets, Gray Jay is a whisky that you can call and make your own. It can be enjoyed by itself, on ice, mixed in a number of versatile and classic cocktails.
From a Caesar that swaps vodka for whisky to a fall-friendly serving of apple cider spiked with Canadian whisky and lemon, they’re all ridiculously awesome. So spread your wings and explore these unique whisky cocktail recipes featuring Gray Jay Deluxe Canadian Whisky!
