For an exciting and fast-paced sports experience, cheer on the , B.C.’s very own professional basketball team, during this final month of the 2022 season!
During this inaugural season in the Township of Langley, the Bandits have earned third place standing in the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) with a 9-6 record.
This upcoming weekend, the Fraser Valley Bandits are set to play two home games at the Langley Events Centre, starting with a match against the Guelph Nighthawks on Friday, July 15 at 7 p.m.
This weekend will also include a special Star Wars-themed game on Sunday, July 17 at 1 p.m. In what promises to be the biggest game of the galaxy (and season), the Bandits will play against the Ottawa BlackJacks in a game that will feature the familiar sights and sounds from the epic space-opera franchise.
Fan costumes are encouraged, so bring out your most menacing Darth Vadar costume and dress up your little ones in a cute BB-8 costume.

Catch the final weekend of this local summer production of William Shakespeare’s Measure for Measure, playing nightly at 7 p.m. at one of the Township of Langley’s top wineries.

Open every Friday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., the pop-up park is host to a multitude of vendors for shopping, food, beer, and wine, along with live music and play areas.

From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., this authentic B.C. farmers’ market features fresh produce and B.C. grown products from local organic farms, including fruits and vegetables, breads and pastries, fresh baked pies and cookies, organic honey, local craft beers, and varietal B.C. wines and spirits.
