It’s a Wonderful Live the Musical at Anvil Centre
The 1946 film starring Jimmy Stewart has been reimagined for the stage, offering a fresh take on the timeless holiday classic, right here in Metro Vancouver. will run from Dec 19 – Jan 5, 2020, at the Anvil Centre in New West. This heart-warming show breathes musical life into the familiar story, retaining its warmth and humour while incorporating timeless musical standards like “Nice Work If You Can Get It”, “Rhapsody in Blue”, “One Life to Live”, and “Lost in the Stars”, along with traditional holiday carols the whole family is sure to enjoy.
The Karaoke Christmas Lights Trolley Tour
If you’d prefer to be the one making the noise this holiday season, be sure to book a ride on The Karaoke Christmas Lights Trolley Tour; a three-hour tour dedicated to showcasing Vancouver’s best holiday light displays. Each trolley will be equipped with TV’s, karaoke machines, and your favourite Christmas carols to sing while you roll through the city in search of the most sparkling lights.

It’s the 10th anniversary of ! This “fundrager” takes festive cheer to debaucherous new heights, as the annual affair pays tribute to the rock legend himself—Keith Richards—while raising funds for a good cause; the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Food Bank. This year’s event takes place on December 14 at the Rickshaw Theatre.
