Returning for its fourth year is , a free-to-attend, kid-friendly outdoor event featuring live music, face painting, balloon twister, glitter tattoos, science experiments and of course—food galore!
The event, which takes place June 15 and 16 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., will transform Capilano Mall’s west parking lot (935 Marine Drive), into foodie heaven courtesy of 14 food vendors and a variety of family-friendly and food-based activities, including the festival’s signature event, the Flavour Lab.​
Perfect for kids of all ages, The Flavour Lab is where food quite literally meets science with a tasty twist. Be amazed as Bhavana Rao and her amazing team use liquid nitrogen to freeze a range of scrumptious toppings right before your eyes before serving them up to sample on scoops of creamy ice cream.

Speaking of flavour, this year’s food truck line-up offers an unbelievable array of cuisines to try including foods and fusions from all over the world. Festival highlights include:
