In Metro Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»where a growing number of townhomes are at or above seven figures, there are still a couple of Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam single family homes that, in this real estate market, could be considered "affordable housing."
Places like Port Moody, New Westminster, Burnaby or Maple Ridge don't have a single family home under $1 million for sale, according to as of this publication (March 30).
