This bonkers West Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»house is on the market for $23 million

It looks like the set of a gangster film

If Scarface was being reshot in 2022 in Canada, this house would be an excellent setting.

The in West Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»is impressive just in its stats. It's got 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, has more than 16,000 sq. ft. of living space and a six-car garage.

But there's also all the bonkers things.

Like the 15-person hot tub. Or the indoor fire pit (no, not a fireplace — though it has one of those as well — but an actual fire pit surrounded by seating). Or the wine wall that can hold 1,500 bottles of vino.

On top of the hot tub it has a pool of course, but not just any pool. It's a huge saltwater pool. And since we're saying pool so much, let's talk about pool tables. It comes with three. You could host a substantial tournament of eight ball whenever you wanted (as long as you had enough friends).

There's also an arcade room, a huge saltwater aquarium and a wood-fired pizza oven. And a couple of gourmet kitchens, home theatre, sauna and no doubt more. There's also a jaw-dropping bowling alley.

The look of the place screams opulence with things like a spiral staircase, massive chandelier, and palm tree-heavy landscaping.

Currently, the property is listed for $22.95 million; in 2020 it was listed at $25 million. BC Assessment's website doesn't show any sales in the last three years (and values the property at $14.7 million).

The house has caught media attention before. about how it was part of a court case between entrepreneur personality Dan Lok and the property's owner who claimed Lok hadn't paid the $35,000 rent. Lok's lawyers claimed the house was deficient. A Lok gave in 2019 where he claims it's worth $35 million has garnered 1.66 million views on YouTube.
