A six-storey, 22-unit condo building has been proposed for two single-family lots at 526 and 528 West 37th Ave. near Queen Elizabeth Park.
The rezoning application, , calls for a floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.53.
It's just the latest in a string of applications, which have been filed recently, that the City of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»is considering under the Cambie Corridor Plan.
