A large piece of land located within the boundaries of the village of Lytton, B.C. has gone up for the low price of $795,000.
Four lots consisting of 420 acres of undeveloped land make up the offering, which is located on the east side of Hwy 1, across from the main part of town.
A majority of the property was affected by the that swept through and razed roughly 90 per cent of the village in June 2021, but it is still home to a herd of elk and other wildlife. Two creeks run through it.
While some have been announced, much of Lytton still sits waiting to be returned to its previous state.
Listing agent Sam Hodson tells V.I.A. that 's value was affected by the fire and that an investor group currently owns it.
