An adorable apartment building with a café on Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Island has hit the B.C. real estate market and it costs about the same as a (nice) single-family house in Metro Vancouver.
The building is in downtown Chemainus, a town south of Nanaimo on Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Island. The 97-year-old building has hit the market with four apartments and the , a popular stop in the community for coffee, sandwiches, and baked goods.
