Over the past 3 days 1,486 of our readers answered a Facebook poll we posted which posed the question "What type of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»housing do you live in?".
While the participants make up less than 2% of the 75,843 people who Like our , and while there's a problem with internet polls in that you can only ever capture the type of people who enjoy taking polls (while missing out on a large chunk who don't), I believe these results are fairly indicative of what type of housing you folks live in.
Interesting things to note here are that while nearly 22% of people who responded say they live in old school apartment buildings, 18.4% say they own a condo. That's a lot of condo owners. Also interesting was that the 3rd most popular response was that you people own single family homes. I did not expect that.
Among the responses for "OTHER" were 4 people who own duplexes (or at least half a duplex), someone who lives in a "Stealth cargo van conversion", and one person who lives in a Senior's home. Nobody stated that they inhabit a , , a or an ... so we'll still try to keep bringing you stories like those.
And while this Facebook poll business is fun we're working on something better with the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»startup which will be sortof like a poll, but not really. And it won't have to do with housing. Stay tuned in the next couple of weeks.
