Federal NDP leader Thomas Mulcair flew into Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»yesterday for some press conference or another announcing some policy things. You may remember him from a few months back when I in my series where I take people out for a caffeinated beverage and attempt to show you their human side. In that piece I noted that we wouldn't be doing much political coverage leading up to the federal election this October but that I was hoping to take all 3 of the leaders who have a chance at becoming our next prime minister out for a cup. I'm still waiting for Justin and Stephen's people to get in touch.
While I'm waiting, how about a look at Thomas Mulcair's local hashtag game? As his social media team posted to Instagram yesterday and included our they showed that they're doing a good job at tapping into where the locals are. At last glance there were more than 171,000 photos tagged with it.
