This is perhaps the most awesome nature news I've ever posted! Again, this is NOT the wildlife project I told you we're launching, but it could serve as another nice little segue to it...
A scientific journal called is about to publish information about the hugest animals on earth, endangered Blue whales, and how they've increasingly been spotted off the coasts of British Columbia, Alaska and Mexico's Baja. HOLY SHIT!
To give you an idea of the size of these things, here's an illustration I found comparing one to a Gray whale and a school bus. Woah.
