Thank you to the doctor, nurses and hospital staff who provided excellent care and support while I was still in shock.
Thank you to the conservation officer who took my call, and a sincere thank you to Sasha, the Conservation Officer who came to the hospital and listened intently as he recorded every detail of my report. I thank their team, who searched throughout the Coho Park Saturday night and Sunday and eventually located and euthanized the bear. Thank you for every effort to keep Squamish outdoors as safe as possible for the public!
